Will my brother go to jail?

Hey, My brother is 18 years old.. & he has a underage drinking charge that happened when he was 17 but didn't get charged with it until he was 18.. Did his p/o and everything.. Then he got a speeding ticket going 85 in a 65... got a lawyer and it went to improper equipment that happened less than a month ago. Now he has i don't know what the charge is..but setting off a fire cracker.. & in North Carolina fire works are illegal. Will he go to jail, or will he get p/o or what? -No stupid commets please.
