What are the odds Toronto could get Jennings?

What would they have to give up for him to play alongside DeRozan? They are like bestfriends and have amazing chemistry together on court. I think if they teamed up they could be really good, along with Ed Davis. Toronto does have a whole team of role players Milwaukee could use.
