Coverage of Lion's Games by 7?

Fortunately for us in Brisbane, most of the Lion's games are on 10 but why is it that when 7 does the coverage it is never live or even close to live – unlike 10. AFL only took of in Qld after 7 lost the rights. Is it ignorance or stupidity?
