I am going on accutane in 5 days?

I have steriod induced rosacea....and my face is all red and bumpy and greasy which seems to never go away? my dermo has tried everything anti-biotics, metrogel, weening off the topical corticosteriods, that has not wrked so he is going to put me on accutane hopefully it helps...but Iwant to kno from ppl who have tried accutane what will it do to my complextion, will it make it better like flawless, will it make my black heads go away, and not make my pores look so big any elp as to what it will do thanx
