Should I give birth in Venezuela or the USA?

I am a US Citizen. My husband is a US Permanent Resident; however, we have been living in Venezuela for the past two years. We go to the States about 3-4 times a year (as all of my family is there.) I just found out I am pregnant and I am unsure as to have the baby in Venezuela (where I currently live, my 2 year hold has his pre-school (also a US citizen) I have a set nanny, etc. or go to my mother's houes in Cape Coral, FL (where i had my son) to have this baby. I have done some research, that the baby can still be a US Citizen although born in Venezuela but I am worried about his/her legal ties to Venezuela (considering the current government status.) Help please! I need some good advice!
