Is this a good team for the Soul SIlver Elite Four and Champion (Updated)?

You might want to level them up to 50. but it looks like a good team. I would teach Ampharos light screen, Typhlosion eruption, Gyarados dragon dance and Dragonair dragon dance definitely. For you sixth I would choose a flying pokemon like fearow that knows drillpeck to take on the fighting pokemon.
