Jack Morris? HOF or not?

Not, while Morris was a durable pitcher he never won a Cy Young Award or is among the lifetime leaders in a major category. I think Morris will be like Luis Tiant and Mickey Lolich pitchers who had great careers but not Hall Of Fame Careers. The only way Morris would get in is through the Veterans commitee, the writters can't get it right with Goose Gossage (310 lifetime saves), Bert Blyleven (287-250 3.31 ERA and 3,701 lifetime K's along with 2 world series rings Pirates in 79 and the 86 Twins).
