I live in Nowata, Oklahoma and there is a place they call ***** tower. I cant find anything on this place.Help

I went to this place with my neice and best friend one night cause i wanted to see if what i heard was true...Supposably a long time ago there was a car wreck out there and if u sit in just the right place around 10:30 p.m or later you will see headlights and then they disappear and reappear closer, well i didnt believe it until i seen it for myself and sure enough there they were as plain as day..I just wanna find information on the wreck and maybe, possibly who it was and how exactly it happened. But i havent been able to find any information on it anywhere. The really strange thing about this was we only heard about 1 set of headlights but when we were there we actually saw 2 sets of headlights that night. So we decided to go closer to see where they were coming from and the 2nd set looked like they were coming down a road then they just disappered we drove down to where we saw them and there was nothing but a big open field. So if anyone can help me out it would be appreciated.
