Blue screen of Death , ndis.sys...HELP!!?

I have a laptop (Acer Extensa 5635Z). Every time i try boot up my laptop it's just giving a BSoD with ndis.sys when it's at WELCOME. I have windows 7 ultimate x86. If someone can help me...Pleaseee
