When you blame someone in R&S for reporting you and having your account deleted...?

...how do you know the person you are blaming is the real culprit? Do you tell your R&S friends to avoid and block that person? Unless Y!A has told you who reported you or they have told you themself, is it fair to be throwing around allegations about people that may be false?
