What will win 94 prelude vs 01 mustang?

the prelude is none turbo and is a manuel. my mustang is stock v6 besides wider rims and an exhaust. now i know if try to race him from a 60 roll i will lose but what about from a dead stop like at a stop light. he says he will smoke me but i think it would be a close race what do u think.
