Need personal guidance,divorced & live in fl.mobile home p.t. & have coop studio in s.i.,NY & have to pay?

live in s.i.,NY coop studio,must pay 26,000 for conversion fee & I paid $110,000 no mortgage. Have mobile home in Fl. & don't like it there & needs more work & don't no how to get out of it as there not selling,own lot $23,000,paid 52,000 plus put in 8,000 for repairs.still needs work. I'm on ssd & have been getting $150.00 a wk. for alimony & AARP secondary was paid & will stop by Dec.2010. then i'll get my share of business $151.500 & my disability ss check. I'm young senior & don't want to be taken advantage of anymore. I want to stay in staten island, NY & find a different pl in Fl. where baby boomers are seasonal and don't know what to do or how to do it. i also wanted to take my name off this coop & put granddaughter's or her as owner & me living there. i'm confused. Please help me. Hurting & getting Knee replacement & have no fam. that helps with anything.
