Is he mad ? should i leave it alone ?

just recently i felt a girl overstepped her boundry on facebook so i asked him about her , he was really irriatted about the siutation, there wasnt any argueing etc. every since then he hasnt made time for me, its been almost 4 weeks since the last time i saw him, what should i do let him go orr..? iv reached out to him, tried to apologize even thought i know i didnt do anything wrong, when we tlk he doesnt seem mad but everytime we set up a time to hangout he flakes.
