How to attract or pull corporate client in our hotel?

we are located mid ind. zone. surrounded by small scale industries.We are in to hospitality industry.Ours is hotel.We are in to second grade category.Ours approch road is very shabby.We have renowated our place now we are trying to locate corporate client so that we can change our identity .How can we achive our target?
