Does anyone remember those old Hushpuppies with the suede in colors?

Hushpuppies used to make these shoes that were faux suede. They came in many colors and had rubber souls. Does anyone remember them? Why don't they make them anymore? Wouldn't it be retro-cool to have a pair? They were, after all, the original blues suede shoes. I'd love to have a gray pair and a red pair. Do you think if we clamored for them they'd bring them back?
